We are having our first Trail Party on September 29, 2018 at 8 am. We plan on giving some love back to Cook Forest with the proceeds from the CF25k in June '18. Some of the trails are in need maintenance due to Mother Nature! Please come join us and help make our trails beautiful again!

There is a form that MUST be filled out by anyone who wishes to come and volunteer their time. Please print all 4 pages and fill them out to bring with you. If you forget, we will have some there. Since it's 4 pages long, we suggest you fill them out ahead of time :)  Please note that once you do this, you will not have to do it again. It will be kept on record for all future trail parties!
